CLASSES & COMMUNITY GROUPS

Classes & Community Groups are Heritage’s small group environments where everyone, in any stage of life, is able to learn the Scriptures and grow in faith with others. On-campus classes meet during the Sunday morning 9am hour and off-campus groups meeting throughout the week in homes across Polk County.

Men’s Ministry

The Bible repeatedly turns cultural masculinity on its head by showing that true power is marked by love, patience, and humility. Here at Heritage, we desire for men to be shaped into this same image—the image of Jesus—through studying Scripture, engaging with others, and living with a purpose in their homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, and beyond. We primarily do this through Community Groups, Men’s Bible Study, annual events, and one-to-one discipling.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY

We seek to structure environments for women in all seasons of life to connect with God and others. Our ministry comes alongside Heritage’s elders to disciple women as they grow in the likeness of Christ in their homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, and beyond. We primarily do this through Community Groups, Women’s Bible Study cohorts, monthly events, and small group discipling

Young Adults

We want to help young adults (ages 18-25) connect with each other and belong to the church. We realize that for many this stage of life can be full of busyness, uncertainty, loneliness, and a general sense of ambiguity. As such, we strive to foster a community in which we all may be encouraged toward spiritual growth in Christlikeness.
