You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise." - Deuteronomy 6:5-7
As Deuteronomy 6 and elsewhere entrusts Christian parents and guardians with the weighty responsibility of teaching their kids the gospel, our goal as a community of believers is to come alongside families throughout this discipleship process. Here at Heritage, our annual Family Dedication is a special time of prayer and commitment as our church membership encourages and affirms its support for those families wishing to raise their children "in the nurture and admonition of the Lord" (Eph 6:4).
