HBC Kids Ministry
STAGE & AGE-SPECIFIC LEARNING
From nursery through elementary, every room is intentionally designed and equipped to provide a safe and engaging learning environment for your child(ren). Our nursery (ages 0-2) offers clean and nurturing spaces in three stage-specific rooms: infants, crawlers, and walkers. A comfortable, private room is also available for nursing mothers with access to the live-streamed service. Preschool (ages 2-4) teaches big gospel truths for little hearts and minds through interactive classes, energetic song time, and fun learning activities. And elementary programs (K5-2nd & 3rd-5th) systematically introduce basic, theological concepts in such a way to engage the head, heart, and hands as we continue building a strong, gospel-centered foundation.

If this is your first time (or first time in a long time) visiting Heritage, be sure to check in your child by stopping by our Welcome Desk in front of our Nursery building to pick up your child’s name tag and we will show you to your rooms and answer any questions you may have.
Safety Policies & Procedures
All volunteers undergo extensive screening and training–including a minimum six-month screening process, background checks, and on-the-job oversight by ministry directors. In addition, we maintain strict teacher-to-child ratios to ensure safe care. For health standards, children must be free from fever or symptoms of contagious disease for 24 hours.

- Purpose: Spiritual foundations
Kids Worship
Sundays 10:15am
- Structure: Large-group teaching
- Method: Christ-Centered Chronology
- Purpose: Scripture’s Big Story
- Note: K5-5th Grade join Main Worship until 10:30am when they’re dismissed to Kids Worship
Midweek
Wednesdays 6:30pm
- Structure: Interactive learning & activities
- Method: Topical teaching & small groups
- Purpose: Relational discipleship
